• Finality of Sale: All digital sales are final. Once a code has been delivered via email or displayed, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
• Regional Restrictions: It is the user's responsibility to ensure they are purchasing a product compatible with their specific region (e.g., US Steam Card for a US account).
• Delivery: Digital codes are typically delivered instantly or within minutes. Delays may occur during manual verification or technical maintenance.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use PKShop for any unlawful purpose. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Attempting to use stolen payment information or unauthorized accounts.
• Engaging in data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
• Interfering with the security features of the platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

PKShop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service. We are not responsible for errors in Player IDs or email addresses provided by the customer during the checkout process.
