1. SMS Program Description
By opting into the PKShop SMS program (e.g., via checkout, sign-up forms, or newsletter subscription), you agree to receive automated text messages (SMS/MMS) from us. These messages are designed to keep you informed about:
- Order Status: Updates on your purchase, delivery of digital codes, and payment confirmations.
- Account Security: Two-factor authentication (2FA) or password reset alerts.
- Promotions: Exclusive discounts, early access to gift card drops, and seasonal marketing offers.
2. Opt-Out & Cancellation
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. To stop receiving messages from PKShop, simply text "STOP" to the shortcode or number from which you received the message.
Once you send the "STOP" command, we will send you one final SMS to confirm that you have been successfully unsubscribed. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you re-opt in via our website.
3. Message Frequency & Rates
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the platform (e.g., how often you place orders). Standard message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. PKShop is not responsible for any charges incurred from your wireless provider.
4. Supported Carriers
Our SMS service is supported by major mobile network providers in Pakistan (Jazz, Telenor, Zong, Ufone) and international carriers. However, delivery is subject to the effective transmission from your network operator and might be delayed due to network congestion or coverage issues.
5. Privacy
All data collected through our SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your mobile number to third parties for marketing purposes.
