1. Digital Products
At PK SHOP, we primarily deal in digital goods such as gaming currency (e.g., PUBG UC, Free Fire Diamonds), gift cards, and software keys. These are intangible goods that are delivered electronically.
2. No Refund Policy for Delivered Goods
Once a digital code, gift card, or in-game currency is delivered to the customer via email or displayed on the screen, it cannot be returned or refunded.
This is because digital codes are considered "consumed" once they are revealed or sent to an email address, and they cannot be resold or deactivated in most cases.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may only be considered under the following specific circumstances:
- Invalid Codes: The digital code provided is invalid or was already redeemed *prior* to delivery. This requires thorough verification by our support team and the service provider.
- Stock Issues: Your payment was successful, but the order could not be fulfilled due to sudden stock unavailability.
- Technical Error: A duplicate payment occurred due to a system glitch.
4. Verification & Responsibility
Please ensure that all details provided during checkout (such as Player IDs, Game Character Names, or Email Addresses) are 100% accurate. PK SHOP is not responsible for digital items sent to an incorrect ID or email provided by the customer.
5. Processing Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method (Safepay/JazzCash/Bank) within 3-5 working days. Please note that processing fees might be non-refundable depending on the payment provider.
